Happy Sunday Cougar Families! Here are important things to note for this coming week.

1. There is no school for students on Monday as it is Parent-Teacher Interviews and Professional Learning Day for staff.  Please reach out to teachers K-5 if you have not yet made an appointment and to Mrs. McIntosh in the office to coordinate a meeting with Middle School Teachers. Meetings can occur between 8:30 and 11:30 on Monday or by appointment that is mutually convenient for you and the teacher(s) at another time.

2. When you stop in for Parent-Teacher on Monday, please be sure to look over the extensive Lost and Found collection in the front entry way. You may also wish to pop in just to take a peek at that on Monday, as it would be our wish to have everything gathered up and in the homes of those who would wear/use the items. We also encourage you to plan to spend a few minutes in the cafeteria and Music/Art Room to view Heritage Fair projects.

3. Grade 8 Parents/Guardians are reminded of the parent meeting on Monday at 7:00 pm.

4. There will be Grade 3-5 Drama practice Tuesday from 2:30 โ€“ 3:30. All drama parents/guardians are reminded that they must send written confirmation of the end of day routine for each afterschool drama practice so we can ensure everyone has a plan of getting home safely. Please ensure rides arrive for pickup at 3:30.

5. There will be Grade 5 – 7 Boys’ Open Gym Basketball from 7:00 – 8:30 on Tuesday and Friday. this week.

6. Our last dance night of the year is this Thursday, April 18th.  We will host K-2 from 5:00 – 6:00, Grades 3 – 5 from 6:00 – 7:00 and Grades 6 – 8 from 7:00 – 9:00.  Entry fee is $5.  Please watch later this week for a reminder of dance day and dance expectations, including that students must attend school on Thursday to be able to attend the dance.

7. Free grilled cheese lunch on Wednesday.

Thank you and have a great week!
