Happy Sunday, Cougar Families.  Here are a few things to note about this upcoming week.

1.  Breakfast continues to be offered to students daily. Breakfast bins are placed in classrooms each morning and include yogurt, cheese and cereal bar options as well as Toast on Tuesdays, boiled eggs on Wednesdays, egg and cheese bites on Thursday and muffins and milk on Fridays. We also offer fresh fruit in each classroom many days per week. We will resume the universal free lunch on Wednesdays this week as well, which is typically grilled cheese and veggies or fruit slices.  We will let you know when the volunteer team alters the menu.  We are also planning for other occasional universal free lunch options between January and June, including baked potato day, spaghetti lunch, pizza day and others. We appreciate the incredible support of individual and group donors and volunteers who make this all possible.  We also appreciate that the WI group also supported with a contribution of produce bags for We’ve Got Your Back recipients this month as well.

2. Middle School students engaged in the Partners For Youth program will be engaged in those activities all day this Friday, January 19th.

3. MS Girls’ Basketball Practice will be afterschool on Monday, from 2:30 – 4:00 rather than the evening. Remaining girls’ and boys’ practices are at the regular time this week.

4. The Basketball Teams will host a double header on Friday, January 19th in the CCS gym. The girls’ game tips off at 6:00 and the boys’ game will follow.

5.  The PSSC (Parents School Support Committee) meets this Wednesday, January 17th at 6:15 pm.

Have a great week everyone!
