Good evening, Cougar families! We hope everyone had a wonderful March Break! Here are some things to note about this week at CCS:
1. The baked potato lunch originally scheduled for this week has been rescheduled to next Tuesday, March 19th. So this week, free lunch is on Wednesday as usual and next week there will be free lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday.
2. The 2024 S.T.E.A.M. program at McCain Foods starts on April 6th. I’ve attached a copy of the poster, as well as the registration form. This program is for students in grades 3 through 9. 3. Middle School Volleyball: Girls open gym and tryouts are scheduled this week for Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00 – 8:30. Regular practice times will be Mondays and Wednesdays, 7:00 – 8:30. There was not enough boys’ interest to field a CCS team, however, FMS may have room for 2-3 CCS boys who wish to play this year. Their final tryout is Tuesday, 5:30-7:00; after that, their regular practices will either be Monday and Wednesday, 4:45-6:00 or Tuesday and Thursday, 5:30-7:00.
